Un pugnale nello stomaco.

Chiede un appuntamento per provare a risolvere alcuni lievi disturbi fisici alla schiena e chiede se il lavoro corporeo svolto può essere d’aiuto per la sua ansia che lo accompagna da qualche anno.

E’ un ragazzo brillante, sorridente, amante della vita e della sua famiglia, in particolare della sua bimba di 4 anni.

Alla visita risulta fisicamente in forma, una “normale” rigidità muscolare nella parte lombare. Da tempo lamenta una certa difficoltà nella digestione e a volte un senso di pressione a livello dello stomaco, spesso bruciori. Il suo medico curante gli ha detto che dipende dalla sua ansia e che quindi non ha molte soluzioni, deve solo imparare a stare più quieto.

Nella prima seduta effettuo un trattamento generico, piuttosto fisico nelle sequenze.

Nel secondo trattamento scelgo di utilizzare delle tecniche fasciali, tecniche leggere, poiché solitamente inducono un profondo rilassamento, favorendo il riequilibrio vagale, permettendo quindi un maggior contatto con livelli più profondi del proprio essere.

La mano destra è appoggiata sul plesso solare, la mano sinistra sulla testa, il contatto è minimo, cerco di pormi per quanto possibile in una presenza neutra lasciando spazio alle sensazioni. Dopo un minuto o poco più chiedo a Fabio che sensazione ha e mi risponde di sentire un peso, un dolore forte a livello dello stomaco. Inizia così un dialogo che diventerà terapeutico. Riassumo sinteticamente alcuni passaggi.

Quanto profondo è questo dolore? Tantissimo, è proprio dentro.

Che forma ha questo dolore? E’ come una lama che mi trafigge.

Quanto è grande questa lama? E’ un pugnale.

Chi ha messo lì questo pugnale?………….Sospirone…………pausa, sospirone, dopo qualche secondo piangendo e mettendosi in posizione fetale, quasi urlando dice che ce lo ha messo suo padre quando aveva 21 anni. Dopo diversi anni ha dato voce a qualcosa che lo accompagnava e disturbava la sua vita: si sentì ferito da suo padre in una discussione a tre con sua sorella, per questioni famigliari di quel periodo.

Lo invito a respirare profondamente; lasciare andare il respiro in certe situazioni libera il corpo dalle memorie traumatiche, si assiste ad una sorta di snodamento continuo, il corpo inizia a scattare a divincolarsi, può iniziare un tremore ecc ecc. I tessuti, il sistema fasciale riattivano sensazioni congelate, i fluidi corporei rivivificano strade ormai chiuse da tempo. Da un certo punto di vista è una piccola rivoluzione interna, ci si trova in una doppia attenzione, si è nel “presente” ma contemporaneamente ci si trova nel tempo del trauma.

Dopo mezz’ora di respiri, di pianto, di rabbia e rancore che il corpo ha liberato, si finisce con una risata che sdrammatizza una situazione che ora per lui è un po’ imbarazzante. Si ritorna al “presente”.

Dopo tre settimane rivedo Fabio, di solito si lascia un tempo di sedimentazione,  quanto smosso deve essere elaborato. Arrivando mi abbraccia forte forte e mi ringrazia in modo davvero genuino; mi racconta che dopo tanti anni è andato da suo padre e gli ha chiesto di uscire a fare una passeggiata, cosa insolita tra loro. Era felicissimo: “ho conosciuto un nuovo mio padre, gli voglio un bene pazzesco, a volte non vedo l’ora di andare a prenderlo per stare con lui, mi sento arricchito ed anche il rapporto con mia figlia è più intenso.

La gratitudine che mi arriva dai suoi occhi oltre che dalle sue parole mi riempie di una forza incredibile, accresce in me la sensazione di fare qualcosa di valido con la mia vita. Conosciamo tante cose ma in realtà è come se guardassimo il mondo sempre da un buco di una serratura ed è davvero unico scoprire anche in questo modo che c’è molto di più. In fondo basta allontanarsi dal buco e accorgersi della porta. Davvero basta appoggiare una mano in modo consapevole per liberare il karma delle persone? Anni di studio, di tecniche, di anatomia, di esami, per arrivare al semplice tocco neutro, chiave per tutti i dolori.

Il trattamento successivo è stata una chiacchierata tra amici, la sua carica e la sua energia era traboccante, di certo non aveva bisogno di nessuna ulteriore terapia al momento.
